1. Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial for all new BizAiPro subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel anytime before the trial ends without any charge.
2. Subscription Refunds
After the free trial period ends and payment is processed:
- We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of first charge
- If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund
- Refund requests made after 7 days of payment will not be eligible
- Only the most recent billing cycle is eligible for a refund
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include your registered email address and reason for refund
- We will process your request within 3-5 business days
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Paddle.com
4. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard
- Cancellation stops future billing immediately
- You will continue to have access to BizAiPro until the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period after the 7-day window
5. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Refund request made after 7 days of payment
- Account terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Repeated refund requests from the same account
- Free tools and guides (these are always free, no payment involved)
